1:1 MEETINGS - How does it work ?

On January 22nd we will organize an onsite matchmaking session to facilitate 1:1 meetings with pre-selected counterparts; a quick and easy way to meet potential partners in short meetings. Please follow the next steps to arrange your own meetings and make your matchmaking a succes.
1. Register for the event online
Register via the Register button. Your registration should be approved before publishing on our website.
2. Create and complete your profile
Create a clear and detailed profile in order to improve your visibility. A precise presentation of your company and your expertise are more likely to attract the attention of your future partners. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. Don’t forget to add a pitch, biography, your skills and interests to your profile. A good networking profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.
3. Access to the participants list
Go to the participants list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities. Use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the My Matches section to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests. This allows you to maximize your chances of making valuable connections and achieving successful outcomes at the event.
4. Send & receive meeting requests
Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. For each incoming demand, you have to accept or decline the meeting. Only, accepted meetings will be scheduled.
5. My agenda and meetings overview
Access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings, where you have your complete agenda for the event, as well as the list of your meetings.
6. Meet your partners on-site
Access to the B2B meetings room. Please, always be on time for your business meetings !
